The Girl's Tennis team returns to the courts for its fourth season as a varsity program. Last season the Tritons were runner-up in CIF Division 4, as well as League Champions in the doubles matches. The program is led by Head Coach John Staph who is entering his first year as the Director of Tennis at Pacifica Christian. Staph brings years of tennis and leadership experience to the program. When asked about the upcoming season, Staph stated, "I am really looking forward to a strong varsity team this year! I am honored to lead this program to another successful season. We have many strong returners along with some new doubles teams adding up to a competitive squad ahead."

Players to watch this season include Seniors Kiana Guinta, Aubrey Callaghan, and Lexie MacDougall. Senior Kiana Guinta returns for her fourth year on the tennis team. Kiana was awarded Player of the Year and League Champion last season for doubles in the San Joaquin League and will continue to be a dominant force for the squad this year.  Aubrey Callaghan also enters her fourth year on the varsity tennis team and will continue to be a leader for the Tritons.  Callaghan was team captain last season as a junior and was awarded First-Team All-League. Lastly, Senior Lexie MacDougall will dominate in her singles matches, as she has proven to be very skilled out on the court. She was awarded Second-Team All-League last season as a junior. 

The team has eleven seniors on the roster this season, the largest in program history. Senior day will be on Wednesday, October 18 at 4:15 pm.

All home matches will be played at OCC Tennis Courts which are located adjacent to the soccer field. Please park in the lot across the street from the courts and walk across the road, do not drop off in front of the courts or soccer field.
