The Pacifica Christian Surf Team participated in the CCSA Tag Team Challenge against Newport Harbor, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Millikan, and Marina High School at Huntington Beach on Saturday morning. The day was full of personal bests for almost every Pacifica Surf team member with each surfer scoring their best waves in a heat. Some highlights included freshman Wyatt Swick advancing to the semi-finals and Tripp Nehrig taking third place overall in the men’s longboard. Pacifica Surf Team will face off Wednesday morning against Newport Harbor High School.
