Tritons Sweep Eagles at Home

The Pacifica Christian boys volleyball team delivered a statement performance on Tuesday night, sweeping the visiting CVCS Eagles in dominant fashion, 3–0. The Tritons controlled the match from the start, earning set victories of 25–15, 25–10, and 25–23 in front of their home crowd.

The win carried extra meaning for Pacifica Christian, who had previously fallen to the Eagles 3–1 back in March. This time, the Tritons looked locked in and determined to flip the script, showcasing sharp execution and relentless energy on both sides of the net.

Leading the charge was Quinn McIntee, who turned in a standout performance with 18 kills, 5 blocks, and 2 aces. His presence at the net set the tone offensively and defensively, helping the Tritons maintain control throughout the match. Ryan Pearson added 9 kills, providing consistent support, while Atticus Graham orchestrated the offense with 33 assists. Defensively, Otto Briggs anchored the back row with 11 digs, keeping rallies alive and limiting the Eagles' opportunities.

Pacifica Christian cruised through the first two sets with ease, overpowering CVCS with efficient hitting and disciplined defense. The third set proved more competitive, but the Tritons stayed composed in key moments to close out the sweep.

With the victory, Pacifica Christian now stands as the only team in the San Joaquin League with just one loss. The Tritons are in prime position to capture the league title, if they can take care of business in their next two matches, they will secure the championship outright.
