Bio
Troy is passionate about learning, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife, their pup Hazy, and the dear friends and family who make life rich. He grew up playing basketball, football, and baseball, and now serves on staff at a local church. His journey has taken him through the surf industry, church planting, and the coffee world.
Some of Troy’s favorite places to be are gathered around a table, in the water, on the mountain, or out on a long road trip. Through sports, he learned the value of teamwork, hard work, picking each other up, and celebrating others’ successes. He is honored to be part of this program—teaching the craft of basketball while also helping athletes see the bigger picture of working together toward a shared goal.

Would you rather be able to speak in any human language or communicate with all animals and why?
Any human language. I think people feel seen when someone is able to communicate with them in their own language.
