Bio
If Rick Browning didn’t love volleyball as much as he did, his diet would be a lot worse and the drive to exercise wouldn’t be as urgent. But the truth is, he’s devoted 20 years to the sport (with some gaps) and loves sharing the sport he cherishes with the next generation of players. He also wants to play well - so…eat right, and disciplined exercise, and the blocks and spikes come with.
Rick grew up Christian but truly established a much more grounded relationship with Jesus in 2016. He owes all of his success to his -and our- glorious God.

Not really. Just don’t eat flaming hot Cheetos beforehand
