Bio

Member of the Athletic Department Executive Leadership Team and Leadership Council

Nicole Warren enters her ninth year working at Pacifica Christian High School and her second year working in the Athletic Department as the Assistant Athletic Director of Communications & Events. Nicole directly oversees all outward-facing communications by the Athletic Department and its coaching staff. This includes all outward-facing emails, coaching communication, press communications, and event management. She is the direct supervisor of all Pacifica Christian Athletic home events and its support staff. Nicole also serves as a member of the department's Executive Leadership Team.

Nicole brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience when it comes to consistent and strategic communications within the Pacifica Christian School Community. She also has first-hand experience overseeing and running some of Pacifica Christian's most public/outward-facing events and traditions, such as Open Houses, Bring the Rain, The Gathering, The All School Retreat, First Friday, and many more.

She made the move to athletics starting in the 2023 school year after spending the previous two years working in the Department of Admissions at Pacifica Christian. During her time in admissions, Nicole was responsible for communication, on behalf of the school, with new and incoming families. She led over 100 family tours of Pacifica's 1499 Campus and 15th St. Campus, as well as helping oversee all admission-led events this past school year. She also helped Pacifica Christian reach its largest incoming freshman class in school history, the class of 2027.

Before admissions, Nicole worked six years as Pacifica Christian's Administrative Assistant, overseeing the Front Office as well as a variety of school-led projects, events, and initiatives.

Nicole has been married to her husband, Jim, for 25 years. They have a daughter, Anna, who was a founder at Pacifica Christian and part of their first 4 year graduating class (2019), and a son Zach who is currently attending Cal State Long Beach.
