Pacifica Christian is pleased to announce the hiring of Zoe Beltran, Jennifer Jolin, and Grace Gorges to the Girl's Tennis coaching staff for the upcoming 2024 Fall Season. These three individuals come with years of coaching and playing experience, and we are excited to welcome them to our coaching staff alongside returning head coach John Staph. 

 

Coach Zoe will be working with the varsity program, after spending the past few years as a tennis instructor for the city of Downey, where she focused on developing and organizing supervised practice sessions, drills, and match play opportunities to provide players with well-rounded training and growth opportunities. Joining her on the varsity staff, is Grace Gorges, as well as our new junior varsity head coach, Jennifer Jolin. Grace and Jennifer are both recent graduates from Concordia University in Irvine, where they were members of their NCAA II Women's Tennis team. Grace and Jennifer helped guide the women's tennis program to a 16-5 record during their senior seasons, and a berth at the NCAA DII West Regional Tournament. Grace and Jennifer were also the team captains for the program for their sophomore to senior year. Both athletes were members of the Dean's List at Concordia University and were also a part of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, as well as recipients of the Junior and Senior Tennis Leadership Award.
